Looks good, taste good, healthy options
INGREDIENTS
16 Ounces Large Butter Beans
16 Ounces Sweet Peas
1 Large Tomato (sliced)
1 Stalk Scallion (diced)
3 Cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil Butter
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
1/2 Tablespoon Curry Powder
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS

Add Oil, Butter, Tomato, Garlic to hot sauce pan over medium heat (sauté 1 minute)

Add Water and bring to a boil
-
Add remaining ingredients and cook uncovered 15-20 minutes
Garnish with diced tomato, freshly chopped parsley and basil.
